What are the biggest challenges or opportunities in your field right now?
One of the biggest challenges in my field is navigating a traditionally male-dominated environment, but this also presents an opportunity to break barriers, elevate diverse voices, and redefine what leadership looks like.
What values are most important to you in your work and personal life?
Creativity, service, and balance are core to who I am—I value meaningful work like writing and supporting nonprofits, and I find renewal and perspective through time spent hiking in nature.
