Q

What do you attribute your success to?

The Miss Fabulous pageant. That experience pushed me outside my comfort zone, taught me how to lead with authenticity, and inspired me to use my voice to empower others—especially women in technology. It wasn’t just about the title; it was about discovering who I am, what I stand for, and how I can make an impact. The values I developed through that journey continue to guide me in both my personal and professional life.

Q

What’s the best career advice you’ve ever received?

You’re already good at execution. Now it’s about telling the story of the impact—tying team efforts to business outcomes, customer success, and innovation. This builds credibility across execs and stakeholders.

Q

What advice would you give to young women entering your industry?

My advice is simple: believe in your vision, trust your voice, and never stop chasing your dreams. The tech industry needs your innovation and courage. Being part of Miss Fabulous America inspired me to use my platform to empower women—especially in technology. That experience taught me the importance of mentorship and representation. Now, I mentor women in tech to help them break barriers and lead with confidence.

Q

What are the biggest challenges or opportunities in your field right now?

🚧 Biggest Challenges AI Integration Without Chaos Everyone’s talking about Einstein Copilot, Agentforce, and Prompt Builder. The challenge is making sure AI isn’t just a shiny add-on, but actually embedded into workflows without creating security, compliance, or adoption headaches. Balancing Customization vs. Scalability Customers want highly tailored Salesforce orgs, but too much customization slows down upgrades, creates tech debt, and complicates admin/CSM life. Leaders are pressured to strike the balance. Change Management & Adoption Rolling out Slack Canvas, AI summaries, or new automation is only half the battle. Getting reps, managers, and executives to use it consistently is often harder than the technical build. Data Quality & Integration AI and automation are only as good as the data feeding them. Many companies still struggle with fragmented, duplicate, or incomplete CRM data—limiting insights and customer success outcomes.

Q

What values are most important to you in your work and personal life?

For me, balance is essential. I believe in working with purpose and excellence, but also making space for the things that keep me grounded—like spending quality time with my family and enjoying activities like cycling. A healthy work-life balance not only supports personal well-being, but also fuels long-term success and creativity. When I'm recharged and connected to what matters most, I show up better in both my personal and professional life.
