Q

What do you attribute your success to?

I attribute my success to the unwavering support and guidance of my incredible mentors—Maritza, Angela, Irisa, and Alicia—who each poured into me, challenged me, and believed in my potential before I fully saw it myself. Mentors who told me the truth and expected excellence—and a personal mission to build systems that protect families when life gets complicated.

Q

What’s the best career advice you’ve ever received?

The best career advice I’ve ever received is: “Precision matters, but clarity wins trust. If clients understand every page, everything else goes smoother.”

Q

What advice would you give to young women entering your industry?

My Advice to women leaders: “Build systems that outlast you, and measure what matters. Your processes are your power. Don’t wait for permission—build the process, publish the metrics, and invite others into the standard you set. Your calm is a competitive advantage.”

Q

What are the biggest challenges or opportunities in your field right now?

My biggest opportunity right now is: "Paperwork scares people more than the pen. Tech helps, but only if someone translates the legalese. I meet folks where life happens—home, hospital, or phone—verify like a hawk, explain like a neighbor, and get it done without drama. That combo—access, clarity, and compliance—is the opportunity."

Q

What values are most important to you in your work and personal life?

Family, integrity, clarity, community, and joyful work. I meet people where they are, protect their privacy, and leave every system stronger.
