Jazz Cannon is a dedicated Client Service Supervisor at National Record Retrieval, LLC, where she plays a key role in leading client-focused operations for one of the premier medical record retrieval services in the country. With over eight years at the company, Jazz has grown through the ranks—starting as a Customer Service Representative and advancing into a leadership role thanks to her sharp problem-solving skills, commitment to service excellence, and ability to build strong client relationships. Her current position involves overseeing a team, optimizing service delivery, and ensuring that clients receive secure, fast, and reliable access to the records they need.

Jazz holds both a Bachelor’s degree in Biology and a Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Project Management, both from Anderson University.
