Q

What do you attribute your success to?

I attribute my success to my faith in God and the strong support and guidance from my mentors—my sister Sofia, my husband Mr. Griggs, my daughter Jaden, and my husband Phileepo. Inspired by my love for children and motivated by my dad’s lessons to never accept average, their influence has been invaluable throughout my career.

Q

What’s the best career advice you’ve ever received?

“Everyone can be seen, you just have to make them sharpen their lens.”

Q

What advice would you give to young women entering your industry?

My advice to young women entering the industry is to trust the process and stay committed to their growth.

Q

What are the biggest challenges or opportunities in your field right now?

The biggest challenge I face is balancing the demands of leadership and single motherhood without sacrificing my own wellness. Yet this also presents the greatest opportunity: to redefine what leadership looks like, modeling balance, resilience, and authenticity, while creating pathways for Haitian women and the next generation to thrive.

Q

What values are most important to you in your work and personal life?

At the heart of my work and personal life are the values of resilience, discipline, and gratitude, lessons rooted in my Haitian upbringing. I deeply value family, responsibility, and education, but I’ve also learned that true success requires balance, wellness, and self-care. Above all, I strive to lead with purpose, create space for representation, and leave a legacy of thriving rather than merely surviving.
